The charm of a quintessential English garden wedding, combined with the timeless elegance of a historic Cheshire venue, set the stage for Charlotte and Adam’s beautiful summer celebration. While the wedding date on their stationery was in summer 2025, we’re thrilled to transport you to their magical day at the breathtaking Arley Hall & Gardens in Northwich, Cheshire. This wedding wasn’t just a union of two souls; it was a masterclass in cohesive, elegant styling, underpinned by the striking simplicity of our Modern Eucalyptus stationery collection.
The Perfect Cheshire Backdrop: Arley Hall & Gardens
Charlotte and Adam chose Arley Hall & Gardens as the canvas for their day, and the pictures speak volumes about why. The venue offers a stunning juxtaposition: the grandeur of the Hall’s richly panelled rooms and sparkling chandeliers contrasted beautifully with the enchanting, verdant gardens and the iconic brick archways draped in ivy. This mix of heritage and natural beauty provided the ideal atmosphere for their romantic, yet relaxed, celebration.

Setting the Tone: The Modern Eucalyptus Collection
The success of a beautifully styled wedding lies in the details, and Charlotte and Adam understood that their stationery was the crucial first step. Their choice of the Paper Swan Modern Eucalyptus collection was spot-on. This design perfectly merges a contemporary, clean aesthetic—using a sophisticated dark green and white palette—with the organic softness of trailing eucalyptus leaves.
The Save The Date and main Invitation pieces introduced the guests to the theme instantly

The deep green foliage, framing the elegant typography, hinted at the garden setting of Arley Hall, while the clean layout spoke to the couple's modern taste. The details, right down to the gold wedding rings sitting on the velvet ring box next to the invitation suite, reinforced the luxurious, intentional feeling of the day.

A Cohesive Vision, From Invitation to Reception
What truly made this wedding memorable was the seamless continuation of the stationery theme throughout the entire venue. As guests arrived, they were greeted by the large Welcome Sign, proudly displaying the names 'Charlotte & Adam' and the date, all framed by the familiar eucalyptus motif. Inside, the reception tables featured the same Eucalyptus Menu cards

held by simple gold wire stands, resting amidst stunning floral centrepieces that echoed the greens and soft pinks of the design. Even the Seating Plan maintained the theme, featuring the eucalyptus wreath design and using names of beautiful, romantic destinations for table titles (Lake Como, Rome, Paris, etc.), making the functional element a beautiful piece of decor.

The focus on the tables demonstrated how effectively the Modern Eucalyptus design transitioned into the physical decor:
Centrepieces: Beautiful, low arrangements featured soft peach and blush roses, light foliage, and delicate white filler flowers, all grounded by the deep, sophisticated green of the eucalyptus leaves that decorated the stationery

Tabletop Details: The minimalist, stand-alone Menu cards were held in simple gold holders, reinforcing the subtle luxury theme. These pieces ensured that even the list of dishes became part of the overall design aesthetic.
Atmosphere: The use of white candles and glassware created a warm, inviting glow, making the space feel intimate despite the room's grand scale.

The stationery wasn't just paper; it was a key design element that elevated every moment, proving that consistency in branding is just as important for a wedding as it is for any luxury experience.
